Waterleaf consists of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments and is adjacent to at streetcar stop. Amenities include a ground floor community room with a community kitchen and adjoining exterior courtyard. The landscaped courtyard will feature a children’s playground. The community room will serve the residents with a range of uses including resident meetings, public or private resident events, and programmed events by the on-site service coordinator. An adjoining Resident Services office will facilitate the connection to residents. There will be two community laundry rooms, and trash/recycling rooms on each floor of the building.
