Montara offers 68 units of  affordable housing , consisting of 32 one-bedroom, 18 two-bedroom, and 17 three-bedroom apartments. 34 of the apartments have Project-Based Section 8 subsidy and are filled with referrals from the Housing Authority of the County of San Mateo and 16 units are filled with referrals from the Veterans Affairs and the Continuum of Care.

Community amenities include a large community room, a multipurpose room, a laundry lounge that overlooks the landscaped podium courtyard and play structure, and management offices. The property also includes two meeting rooms for service providers to meet individually or in small groups with residents as needed.
