Sitting directly adjacent to the El Cerrito Del Norte BART Station, the Mayfair development is home to 156 multifamily apartments.

 The Mayfair includes more than 12,000 sf of open space, and 8,000 square feet of ground floor retail designed to activate the San Pablo corridor. The project was designed to provide increased pedestrian connectivity to BART. The buildings are oriented around a mid-block public mews, with the main entry to both buildings positioned on the mews. The mews bisects a 383’ long block, providing pedestrians a calm and inviting passageway from the San Pablo corridor to the Del Norte BART station. The project also includes infrastructure improvements at grade and a large public art installation.
